To pelters hunting enthusiasts or traders and overseas members. In UK Chinchillas are no longer used in fur trade farming. Chinchilla fur farming has been banned in UK for many years therefore please adapt your messages accordingly when adding to message boards. This group will not tolerate messages with links to fur garments. they WILL be deleted.. we are also against all hunting of animals with horses dogs or otherwise.

There have been a few cases recently in Canada whereby forum posters have been sued for substantial amounts of money. An internet forum or website (in Canada anyway don't know about here) is classed as publishing & broadcasting media. therefore please exercise caution and refrain from posting detrimental opinions by naming shops, chinchilla food brands etc. Management is not responsible for your posts but do have the right to delete your posts.

If you have a chinchilla you wish to be adopted there must be no payment requested. Adoption requests and details may be emailed to Aileen or mum with an appeal for adoption/rehome. Should you wish to adopt a chinchilla you must sign a declaration that you will not split a couple who have lived together for years and use for breeding with another chinchilla. If requested not to breed with the chinchilla please keep to agreement as signed. Anyone found to be abusing this agreement will not receive or have the chance to buy or adopt anymore. That will be categorically refused!

You wish to buy a chinchilla? I don't know you? you must meet me first. I don't think that is too much to ask. I do not ship my chinchillas. I reserbe the right to refuse a sale.
