While we appreciate that some people go for a high cage rather than a long cage - due to lack of space in the room - we will NOT make a high cage unless buyer agrees to have floor levels in the cage to make them stable and safe and safeguard against fall injuries.

We get lots of emergency calls from owners who have high cages with just shelves and leap and ledge shelves. These are accidents which could have been avoided!
Chinchillas are by nature rock hoppers.
They do [i]not[/i] need height in a cage.
