[color=darkblue:f61df85c9f]Hello Emma. Nice to see you here. We are slowly building a membership here. Most of them are coming from our msn group. It's nice to see someone join who found of their own accord. lol May I ask how you did find this forum?
It will help us plan better on setting up links etc.
Hope to hear more about you.
I am from Fife in Scotland. Around half an hour from the Forth road bridge. Now retired but spent a vast amount of time at our chinchilla group and rabbit group. Keeps me active
How many chinchillas do you have? Are your tropical fish marine or fresh water?

I was signed up to the msn group, but I didn't talk there much because msn groups confuse me on the whole.
I found this forum by accident.
We've got a 2ft tank with freshwater tropical fish in it - little ones like mollies and plattys, neon tetras and dwarf gouramis, and a fairly big catfish called Arthur. The tank is decorated with real plants, blue grit, roman ruins and stripey terracotta and white coloured rocks.
We've got quite a few chinchillas. We have some standards, 1 beige, 3 wilson whites (1 adult, 2 kits), 4 ebonies, 2 black velvets, 1 brown velvet and some violets. They are a mix of pet and show quality. They are all our pets and they live inside the house downstairs.
This also means that we get to share the air-con.
Over the last 2 weeks i have had 4 kits born here. These are my first kits. There's 1 violet female, 1 ultra-violet male and the 2 wilson whites (1 of each).
James likes cars, but hates heavily modified ones that look stupid. He's been on an advanced driving course for police, so he knows to look out for things that some other people usually wouldn't know to think about. James likes VW's mostly and going to car shows and to track days. Most of them are in the midlands, so when I'm watching a chinchilla show he'll go off for a few hours to one of those to meet up with friends. He owns a Polo G40 (he had 2 but sold 1) and a new Golf GTI. He goes down Santa Pod a lot and has been on the track at Silverstone and he said that was a lot of fun.
We also like camper vans. We don't have one, a nice T25 (westfalia) would be cool - we're a bit overwhelmed as to where to begin, but they do look like a lot of fun.

[color=darkblue:5ccec56239]Wow quite a few chinchillas and so many fish lol.
Hnads up to being ignorant about fish. Totally lost with names. I just call them all pretty
I think a camper van would be ideal for Aileen going to shows wouldnt it. No more expensive nights booking into a travel lodge. Some charge per chinchilla too! Quite expensive going to some shows.
Are you keeping the kits you have Emma?
What say you Aileen?
